**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**: "1) Support in decision making process by providing timely inputs on strategic matters relating to Indirect taxation laws. Provide optimum alternative solutions 2) Closely work with COE Team to mitigate risk and ensure NIL or minimum adverse observations from Internal / Statutory / Departmental / GST Audits 3) Partnering with other functions to ensure data sanity, protect business integrity and reduce tax implications. 4) Provide guidance /advise on matters related to Indirect Taxations Laws and update the impact of amendment and changes announced by Government 5) Handling Indirect Tax litigiations (GST/ Excise /ST /VAT /CST &Customs) 6) Revisiting of Business Model, Implementation of Process Controls. 7) Reduction of blocked credit to improve Free Cash Flow. Timely reciept of GST due refund. 8) Ensure timely GST Compliance with Zero Statutory defaults 9) Mitigate GST litigation on procedural issues, classification /valuation/ITC/ Question of Law 10) Effectively Deal with Authorities for Inquiry, Audit, and Investigations etc. 11) Responsible for GST Related Accounting & Reconciliation process. 12) Responsible for timely releasing Indirect related MIS and circulation of business related reports 13) Ensuring Team Building and Capability development of team members" **Preferred Industries**: **Education Qualification**: C.A./ICWA and with LLB preferable **General Experience**: 18-20 years of experience **Critical Experience**: Automotive/ Manufacturing **System Generated Core Skills**: - Business Planning - Planning for Business Profitability - Competitor Analysis - Industry Analysis - Project Planning & Execution - Resource Management - Budget Management - SAP Invoice management (SIM) - Billing - Credit Management - Compliance - Auditing - Team Management - **System Generated Secondary Skills**: **Job Segment**:Automotive
