Role : Sr. Manager-DGM-Chartered Accountant Location : Fort Qualification : CA Experience : 8 to 10 years Job Description : ➢ Critical analysis of various proposed Transactions from tax perspective ➢ Proactively keeping a track of various tax and regulatory developments and evaluating the existing structures/ transactions in the light of recent developments ➢ Streamlining various processes and controls within tax function including evaluating/ implementing various tech solutions to improvise efficiency/ processes ➢ Undertaking various tax compliances such as advance tax, income-tax and GST returns, TDS compliance etc ➢ Handling tax litigation matters including appeals, assessments, rectification etc ➢ Experience in handling compliances of the regulated entities such as NBFC, AIF etc ➢ FEMA advisory and compliances relating to past and proposed transactions Analyzing various deal documents from tax and regulatory perspective ➢ Supervising GST compliance and advisory work ➢ Discussing tax planning with tax head and implementing the same as per law ➢ Preparation of Tax MIS report Expected from Candidates: 1. CA with 8-10 years of experience in handling Tax matters 2. Experience in the Financial services sector and M&A Deals 3. Industry preference Private Equity Funds/Private Credit Funds/Wealth firms /Family office.
