**We're Hiring for Our Client Base**

**Position**: Sales Closer Expert
**Location**: Delhi, India
**Compensation**:

- **Commission-Based Option**: 5% of the client's one-time ticket amount
- **Fixed Per-Deal Option**: $100 per successful client billing

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Conversion**: Engage with potential clients, identify their needs, and effectively close deals.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- **Sales Strategy**: Implement proven sales techniques and customize approaches to suit client requirements.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales activities, outcomes, and pipeline status to management.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to maximize conversion potential.
- **Market Feedback**: Gather insights from client interactions to improve offerings and strategies.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a sales closer or in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and craft customized solutions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
