**Outbound Sales Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers to promote products and services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and communication techniques.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with prospects and existing customers, addressing their needs and concerns to facilitate the sales process.
- **Sales Conversion**: Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting leads into sales through persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and answer customer inquiries effectively.
- **Database Management**: Update and maintain customer databases with accurate information regarding interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the management team for service improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role, preferably within a BPO environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and convey information clearly.
- **Persuasion Skills**: Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and influence customer decisions.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing individual performance.
- **Schedule**: 6 days a week & Rotational off
