Data Scientist

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join
our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze complex datasets, develop advanced models, and enable data-driven decisions that impact the organization. If you have a passion for solving real-world challenges using data and the latest analytical techniques, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to deliver predictive and prescriptive solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data science projects.
- Perform data preprocessing, including cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering, to ensure high-quality inputs for models.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and refine models to improve performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work with data engineers to establish and maintain efficient data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Stay current with advancements in data science, AI, and related technologies to incorporate best practices into the team’s workflow.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Python** and data science libraries such as **Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow,** and **PyTorch.**:

- Experience in building and deploying machine learning models and conducting statistical analyses.
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and data visualization using tools like **Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.**:

- Skilled in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like **AWS, Azure, or GCP** for scalable data processing and model deployment.
- Solid grasp of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience with **Natural Language Processing (NLP)** tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with **MLOps** frameworks for streamlined model lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of big data technologies like **Spark or Hadoop**.
- Understanding of time-series forecasting, recommendation engines, or similar specialized domains.
- Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git.
