Ensure implementation of standards related to Quality Management system and monitoring the functioning of the standards.
- To conduct Induction orientation for new staff & regular training of the staff based on NABH guidelines.
- To carry out facility inspection rounds and identifying safety risks areas, documenting and taking corrective and preventive measures in coordination with administration.
- To carry out the internal audits, documenting observations and taking corrective and preventive measures.
- To monitor the departmental Quality Indicators & taking CAPA.
- Conducting the Mock drills (Code Red, Code Blue and Code Pink, Code yellow), documenting and taking corrective and preventive measures.
- Annual Budget Planning for Infection Control, Quality and Safety.
- To ensure facilities available for smooth functioning of the department.
- To conduct the hospital committees and documenting MOM & follow up for closure and document minutes.
- To visit out sourced services as per the defined schedule to monitor compliance of Quality & Safety measures as per the standards.
- To conduct /attend the departmental meetings and coordinating necessary actions for smooth functioning of the organization.
- Perform any other duties assigned by group-Quality head/branch Medical Director.

**Desired Profile**:

- Qualification: MHM/MHA
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in **NABH Accreditation**:

- Able to speak local language along with English and Hindi.
- **Work Location**: Tirupati

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
