Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive at Happy Fields, you will lead and execute marketing initiatives across digital platforms and field operations. Your expertise in the pharmaceutical domain and horticulture—especially exotic varieties—will be key to crafting compelling campaigns and expanding our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement digital and field marketing strategies tailored to pharma and horticulture segments.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign direction.
  • Organize field events, exhibitions, and product demos to drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports for leadership review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital and field marketing.
  • Strong domain knowledge in pharmaceuticals and horticulture (exotic flowers and vegetables).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for field activities and client engagements.

Compensation

  • Salary will be determined based on experience, interview performance, and prior achievements.
  • Performance-based incentives may be offered for successful campaign execution and business impact.
