About BriBooks:
BriBooks is the world's largest book writing and publishing platform for school students. With over 1 million users from 26+ countries, BriBooks is expanding its platform to Spanish-speaking countries. We are looking for a Spanish Language Expert to play a pivotal role in this expansion by working with product and AI/ML teams to enhance our platform’s Spanish language offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. UI/UX Language Transformation:
Collaborate with the Product team to localize the existing English UI/UX into Spanish,

ensuring that all interface elements are linguistically accurate and culturally appropriate.

2. Editorial Rubric Development:
Develop and implement a Spanish-language editorial rubric for book reviews, setting high

standards for quality and consistency in published content.

3. AI/ML Collaboration for Spanish Language Tools:
Work closely with the AI/ML team to train models for Assisted Writing, Grammar Check,

and Editing tools specifically in the Spanish language. Your insights will help make these

tools more intuitive and effective for Spanish-speaking users.

Qualifications:

- Language Proficiency: C1/C2 level proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish.
- Experience in Localization: Prior experience in localizing content, especially UI/UX for

software platforms.
- Editorial Expertise: Strong understanding of editorial standards and ability to develop

rubrics for quality control in written content.
- Technical Collaboration: Experience working with AI/ML or product teams, particularly in

language processing and model training, is a plus.
- Educational Background: Degree in Linguistics, Translation, Spanish Language Studies,

or a related field.
