Research current fashion trends, fabrics, and color palettes to design innovative collections.
- Create sketches, illustrations, and digital designs for new garments and accessories.
- Develop mood boards, themes, and concepts for each collection.
- Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments in collaboration with the sourcing team.
- Oversee the sample-making process and work closely with tailor
- Conduct fittings and make necessary design adjustments for quality and fit.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure designs align with brand strategy and customer preferences.
- Maintain awareness of competitors and industry developments.
- Ensure timely delivery of designs and samples for production schedules and fashion events.
- Manage and organize design archives and technical specifications for each piece.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong illustration, sketching, and technical drawing skills (manual or digital).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and têxtiles.
- Creative flair with a strong sense of color, proportion, and detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
