
Telecaller Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain and promote products/services to clients.
- Answer customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass or graduation in any field.
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, & Bengali, persuasion skills, and basic computer knowledge.
- **Attitude**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
