1. Oracle Cloud /EBS Finance (AR / AP) Consultants.

The main skills we are looking for in the BAs for this team are as below:

- Documents current and emerging business needs and works with internal and external service providers to define and deliver data and analytics solutions.
- Participates in sessions to gather business context from Product Owners, analyze, document findings.
- Documents business requirements, user stories, and technical requirements.
- Collaborates with internal customers to ensure user requirements are complete and concise, confirming that changes and enhancements meet technical specifications and user requirements.
- Configure Oracle Cloud Financials modules (AR/AP) based on business requirements.
- Participate in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Customize workflows, approval hierarchies, and payment processes.
- Provide day-to-day support for AR/AP processes including invoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transactions, setups, and integrations.
- Performs business process analysis to define how data and analytic solutions should be configured to meet those needs.
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
- Maps current processes to the desired state and identifies gaps such as program functions, output requirements, input requirements and sources, data conversion strategies, and system techniques and controls.
- Assists with the development of test designs and develops test cases.
- Provide guidance in analytics reporting involving scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and adhoc reports.
- 5+ years of experience as a highly technical Business Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst supporting data and analytic software development projects. Required
- Functional expertise in Finance area using either one of the ERP (Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS)
- Leverage a solid understanding of data structures, domain specific knowledge, and the end-user experience to impact the final data visualization product, which includes dashboards, reports, insights, or analyses.

Key Requirements:

- o Good understanding of multiple ERP systems (e.g., Omega, EBS, JDE, Glovia). Strong Knowledge in any one of this will also work
- Deep understanding of table-level architecture for data mapping
- Support in requirement gathering, data validation, and ongoing support to other teams like Modeling, ETL and Reporting.
- Collaborate with reporting and BA teams to document the As-Is state of existing data warehouses, focusing on:

- KPIs and metrics
- Data models and relationships
- Business and technical logic
- Transformation rules and technical specifications
- Document the To-Be process
- r completing assigned tasks.
