Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in order to promote and sell our real estate offerings.
Provide accurate and compelling information about our properties, emphasizing their unique selling points.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Listen to clients' needs and preferences, and recommend suitable properties that align with their requirements.
Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets by effectively managing leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless information exchange and provide valuable market insights.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market trends, property prices, and competition in order to address client queries effectively.
Record and update all sales-related activities, interactions, and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Stay updated with industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices related to real estate sales.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive in the Real Estate sector, with a minimum of 1 year of successful track record.
In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes, property types, market trends, and customer preferences.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of self-motivation and determination to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client preferences.
