**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for maintaining system efficiency.
- Provide advance system administration activities and immediate troubleshooting efforts when contacted by the Service Desk to ensure outages or incidents are resolved as quickly as
- Evaluates existing systems and/or user needs to analyse, design, recommend, and implement system changes
- Install and maintain all Solaris server hardware and software systems and administer all server’s performance, utilization and ensure availability for same Prepare program-level, user-level documentation on an as-needed-basis
- Being involved in Migration activity like LDOM
- Maintenance and repair of Power systems including hardware and operating systems software support
- Main interface to customers for the coordination of hardware and/or software support and delivery of technical services
- Accountable to ensure high level of customer happiness with service delivery
- To review Backup reports and Initiate actions on backup failure against specific documentation. Implement changes, perform security related tasks, identify, and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures
- Craft a service performance, usage report and respond to issue requests
- Administrator with Field Engineer experience will be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
