**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Adopt the tools and processes used by the development team
- Follow software development best practices to produce quality solutions
- Provide valuable feedback in design/code reviews to peers
- Contribute ideas and improvements for software products
- Utilize and advance technical skills both on the job and through formal/informal learning channels
- Work effectively with cross-functional team members to estimate and complete project assigned tasks
- Personal: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, reliable and positive, honest and hardworking, results oriented, resourceful and innovative, continually improving and learning.
