# Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical history and current health status, to determine suitability for IV therapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to plan and administer prescribed IV treatments, including hydration, vitamins, minerals, and other therapeutic infusions.
- Monitor patients throughout the IV therapy process, identifying and responding to any adverse reactions or complications.
- Maintain strict adherence to clinic protocols and safety guidelines, ensuring a sterile environment and preventing infection.
- Provide patients with information about IV therapy benefits, potential side effects, and aftercare instructions.
- Document all patient interactions, treatment details, and observations accurately and promptly in the patient's medical record.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in IV therapy and related technologies.
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in India.
- Proven experience in IV therapy or related field, with a minimum of 7 years preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to professional development and maintaining clinical competencies.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
