Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.

Handle inquiries and manage correspondence with students, parents, and faculty.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Student Counselling:
Provide academic and career guidance to students based on their interests, strengths, and goals.

Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess students' needs and challenges.

Organize workshops and seminars on study techniques, career choices, and personal development.

Maintain student records and track their progress; provide feedback to students and faculty.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Education administration: 1 year (required)
- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
