Job Title: MIS Expert - Account Department

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design, develop, and maintain efficient Management Information Systems for the account department.

2. Analyze and interpret financial data to generate insightful reports for decision-making.

3. Identify and implement process improvements using MIS, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

4. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality controls.

5. Conduct training sessions for department staff on MIS usage and best practices.

7. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement security measures.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. 3-4 years of proven MIS experience in an accounting environment.

3. Strong proficiency in MIS development tools and software.

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide training.

Preferred Skills:
1. ERP systems experience.

2. MIS or related field certification.

3. Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools.
