**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and qualify sales leads through research, telecalling, and attending industry events (if applicable).
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Aguaclan water purifiers to potential customers in Kannada, highlighting how they address their specific needs.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives and provide comprehensive product presentations.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and other sales-related documents with accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, sales progress, and customer interactions.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new Aguaclan water purifier models.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (any discipline) preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role.
- Fluency in written and spoken Kannada is mandatory. Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
- A passion for clean water solutions and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
