**POSITION**: **Marketing Co-ordinator**
**REPORTS TO: CEO**
**CO-ORDINATES / DUTIES HANDOVER (In case of absence)**:BDE, BDM, Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager, ASM, Sr.ASM, RSM, City Manager, Territory Manager, Regional Head, Franchisee & Travel Desk.
**JOB OVERVIEW**:Co-ordinates with Marketing Professionals & Franchisee’s for smooth operations of work environment. Co-ordinates in all promotional activities. Marketing Coordinator supports all internal communication initiatives and events. Perform other related duties, as assigned. A team player with the ability to work with a multitude of departments and staff members of all levels.
**RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY**
**Marketing Co-ordination**:
**Daily Responsibilities**:
Ø Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ø Need to get Daily Attendance from all the Marketing Professionals and send mail report to CEO.
Ø Need to get daily reports from all the marketing professionals through mail on daily basis and make it as a consolidated report data.
Ø Need to verify and correlate previous sent daily reports with current daily report for identifying that our professionals are visiting the customers routinely or not.
Ø Coordinates with Marketing Professionals to prepare any internal documents, Proposal Letter & Introduction Letter for business proposal or Tie-up’s.
Ø Coordinates with concern Marketing Professionals to prepare MOU as per requirement of new customers as well as renewal for existing customers, which is approved by CEO.
Ø Assist and coordinates with Marketing Team in day to day marketing tasks & projects as well.
Ø Support the goals set in the marketing plan.
Ø Coordinates with Purchase Department to prepare visiting cards for all the Marketing professionals as per request.
Ø Personally observe the performance of the representatives in the field on a regular basis.
**Monthly Responsibilities**:
Ø Need to get Monthly Schedule Report (MSR) from all the Marketing Professionals before 30th of every month for upcoming month work plan and consolidated report has to be sent to CEO.
Ø Need to verify and correlate Daily Reports with MSR for systematic reference.
Ø Responsible to collect Monthly Allowance Claim Form from all the marketing professionals before 7th of every month and verify the received forms then submit to CEO for approval.
Ø Need to send consolidated claim expense report for every month to CEO
Ø Coordinates with Accounts Department to release the claim on time and if any query related released claim.
**Franchisee Co-ordination**:
Ø Co-ordinates with concern Marketing Professionals to get Franchisee Application Forms from new franchisee, which is approved by CEO.
Ø Need to prepare Franchisee Agreements after collection of Franchisee Application Forms.
Ø Need to prepare renewal agreement for existing franchisee as per request from franchisee & CEO’s approval.
Ø Coordinates with Franchisee ask them to send their monthly indent before 5th of every month in specific format.
Ø Need to calculate the billing amount for consumables requested by franchisee’s and send it to Accounts Department for billing.
Ø Co-ordinates with Stores Department to dispatch the billed consumables on time & make it as a softcopy for reference.
Ø Support franchisee for all legal & statutory compliances.
**Promotional Co-ordination**:
Ø Responsible to prepare promotional materials like Company Profile, Brochure, Pamphlets, Banners & Posters with coordination of IT team as per requirements and CEO’s approval.
Ø Responsible to keep maintaining all promotional materials and distribute to all the branches as per request.
Ø Coordinates with IT Team to prepare special pamphlets & posters for conducting an attractive camp.
Ø Responsible to implement new ideas, software’s & Applications.
Ø Responsible to prepare Marketing Handbook & Training Plans.
Ø Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and IT team by coordinating and collating content.
Ø To be responsible for other marketing functions like advertising and sales promotion programs.
Ø To work closely with the Agency on the copy/content and creative for advertisement and promotional campaigns.
Ø Manage and coordinate with all digital marketing activities.
Ø Translate the company’s objectives into marketing strategies.
Ø Improve search-engine rankings - SEO
Ø Share qualitative content on different social media channels.
Ø Monitor and improve (if needed) company’s online reputation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
