Hiring for Site Supervisor with leading Hospitality/Retail industry in India.

Location**:Jaipur**

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the progress of all construction activities
- Coordination with Contractor & Consultants / Architects
- Coordination with all the agencies working on site - Civil / Electrical / Plumbing / HVAC / Kitchen equipment
- Reviewing of GFC & Maintaining GFC Drawing record
- Maintaining Material Deliverable checklist
- Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
- Reviewing daily construction work and reporting
- Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
- Preparing weekly Progress report
- Attending site meetings or events with Consultants /Airport Authorities
- Satisfactory Site Hanover with zero snag

Verifying Running & Final bills of Contractors
- Verification of as built drawing & submission

QUALIFICATION
- **Diploma holder interior Design**/B.tech in Civil engineering
- **5 to 6 years in interior execution (F&B industry is preferable)**:

- AutoCAD, MS-Office suite especially Word, Excel, MS Project ,PowerPoint and Outlook and Document Management Systems

**Person should be Open to Travel to other cities depending on the need of the project.(For eg: if we have project going on in Bangalore he/she is expected to be stationed at Bangalore for atleast 25 to 30 days)**
