An Educational Counsellor is responsible for providing guidance and support to students who are interested in pursuing an MBBS degree abroad. They are responsible for making outbound calls to students, providing information about the admission process, selecting the right university, and more. They also provide support to students who may be struggling academically, socially, or emotionally.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to students who are interested in pursuing an MBBS degree abroad
- Provide information about the admission process, selecting the right university, and more
- Help students identify their strengths, interests, and goals
- Assist students in developing a plan to achieve their academic and career goals
- Provide support to students who may be struggling academically, socially, or emotionally
- Work with other members of the educational counseling team to ensure students receive the support they need
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interactions
- Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on best practices and trends in educational counselling.

**Qualifications**
- PUC, or Bachelor's degree in counselling, education, or a related field
- Experience working in a call centre or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of educational resources and opportunities
- Familiarity with academic and career counselling techniques and strategies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Salary**: From ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:
