**Job Title**: Educational Counsellor**Location**:
JP Nagar 3rd Phase, MG Road, HSR Layout, Bengaluru (On-site)

**Work Schedule**:

- 6 days a week
- **Sunday** is a fixed day off

**Compensation (Take-home Salary)**:

- **For Freshers (Graduates)**: ₹30,000 to ₹34,500 per month
- **With prior sales experience (any domain)**: Up to ₹37,000 per month
- **Experience in EdTech**: Up to ₹50,000 per month

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Graduation in any field (**mandatory**)
- **Languages**: Fluent in **English and Hindi** (**mandatory**)

**Job Summary**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- **Individual & Group Counselling**: Provide personalized and group counselling sessions to help students set academic goals, navigate career choices, and address concerns.
- **Assessments & Guidance**: Administer career and academic assessments to help students identify strengths and make informed choices about their future paths.
- **Course & Institution Selection**: Assist students in selecting the best educational courses, institutions, and programs that match their aspirations and academic interests.
- **Workshops & Seminars**: Organize and conduct workshops or seminars on study skills, career development, entrance exams, and scholarship opportunities.
- **Educational Updates**: Provide the latest information on educational institutions, EdTech tools, admission cycles, and scholarships to students and parents.
- **Record Management**: Maintain confidential records of counselling sessions, follow-ups, and student progress to ensure accurate and timely support.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with faculty, parents, and EdTech partners to ensure effective and continuous student support.
- **Professional Development**: Keep up-to-date with trends in education, career paths, EdTech innovations, and student development best practices to ensure that advice is current and relevant.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication in both English and Hindi, with the ability to engage with diverse student and parent groups.
- **Empathy & Interpersonal Skills**: A compassionate and patient approach to handling students' concerns, with the ability to build rapport easily.
- **Organizational Abilities**: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple cases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve academic or personal challenges students may face in their educational journey.
- **Confidentiality**: A strong understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive student information with professionalism.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with student management systems, digital communication tools, and EdTech platforms.
