**Job Overview**:
As a Tele caller, you will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound & Outbound Calling**: Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers.
- **Customer Support**: Provide timely information, resolve customer issues, and respond to inquiries regarding products/services.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate customer records in database, ensuring that all relevant details are updated.
- **Follow-up**: Regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- **Complaint Handling**: Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- **Reporting**: Report daily/weekly/monthly performance and issues to the team leader or manager.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Either Fresher with very good communication skills or previous experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role is a plus.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- **Listening Skills**: Ability to understand customer needs and respond accordingly.
- **Customer-oriented**: Ability to handle a variety of customers in a professional manner.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Basic computer skills
- **Language Proficiency**: English and Hindi.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with 9 hours working.
- Office Timings 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Six Days Working Monday to Saturday
