Your primary responsibility is to assist in the packaging and labeling of food products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that food items are prepared for distribution in a safe, efficient, and hygienic manner. Your duties may vary depending on the specific needs of the company, but generally include the following:
Packaging and Labeling: You will be responsible for packaging food products, which may include placing items into containers, boxes, or bags. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate and proper packaging. You will also affix labels or stickers on the packaging, providing necessary information such as product name, ingredients, expiration dates, and nutritional facts.

Quality Control: You will perform quality checks to ensure that food products meet established standards. This includes inspecting packaging for defects, verifying the accuracy of labels, and ensuring that all products are within the specified weight or quantity.

Sanitation and Hygiene: Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment is essential in the food industry. You will be responsible for following proper hygiene practices, including handwashing, wearing appropriate protective gear (such as gloves and hairnets), and adhering to food safety regulations.

Equipment Operation: Depending on the company's setup, you may operate packaging equipment such as sealing machines, labeling machines, or conveyor belts. Training will be provided to ensure safe and efficient operation of the equipment.

Inventory Management: You may be involved in inventory management tasks, such as tracking stock levels, reporting shortages, and assisting in stock replenishment. This requires good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Safety Compliance: You will adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to minimize workplace hazards. This includes following proper lifting techniques, correctly storing and handling materials, and promptly reporting any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors.

Team Collaboration: You will work closely with a team of packaging professionals, supervisors, and other staff members. Effective communication and teamwork are crucial to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a food packaging or manufacturing environment is preferred but not always required.
- Basic math skills to perform quantity checks and measurements accurately.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices is an advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
