**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructions.
- Assemble and fit mechanical parts and systems using tools and machines.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Identify faults, diagnose malfunctions, and carry out repairs.
- Use measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges for quality checks.
- Operate workshop tools including drills, grinders, lathes, and welding equipment (if applicable).
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain proper documentation and maintenance logs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical fitting or a similar role.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Physical fitness and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to work in shifts or overtime if required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [industry type, e.g., automotive, heavy machinery, manufacturing].
- Basic welding or fabrication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
