We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Fitter to join our team. The Fitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, components, and machinery. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of engineering principles and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assembly and Installation**: Assemble and install mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment according to technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Perform regular maintenance and repair work on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
- **Fabrication**: Cut, shape, and prepare materials (metal, plastic, etc.) for assembly and installation.
- **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to understand specifications and assembly procedures.
- **Precision Fitting**: Use hand and power tools to fit components precisely, ensuring correct alignment, smooth operation, and safety.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect and test completed installations to verify proper functioning and compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery or mechanical systems, and take corrective action as needed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a fitter or similar role in mechanical or manufacturing industries.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant vocational qualification or apprenticeship in fitting or mechanical engineering.
- Experience with welding, fabrication, or machining.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces or at heights.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with standard working hours, with potential overtime based on project deadlines.
- May involve working on-site, in factories, construction zones, or workshops.
- Occasional travel may be required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
