**About the Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Intern to support the Accounts Receivable (AR) function in our Finance team. This role involves assisting with customer invoicing, managing receivables, reconciling vendor accounts, and handling new vendor registrations. The intern will also gain hands-on experience in compliance, financial reporting, and month-end activities, making it an excellent learning opportunity in finance operations.

**Reporting to**:Manager - Finance & Accounts

**Salary range during Internship**:15K per month

**Internship duration**:3**months

**Full-time conversion**:Based on performance, you will be given a full-time opportunity at the end of the internship.

**After Conversion**:3 to 4 LPA

**Work mode**: This is a work-from-office opportunity in Hyderabad. This includes working 5 days/week (Mon to Fri) during both Intern phase and upon full-time conversion

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in generating customer invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with the latest GST rules, especially regarding e-invoicing.
- Validate customer induction data and review the terms of agreements to ensure invoices align with contractual terms.
- Maintain timely communication with clients to address queries related to invoicing and payments.
- Reconcile customer balances and ensure accurate records of TDS deductions.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
- Prepare data for statutory filings such as GST returns.
- Reconcile incoming payments with bank statements.
- Generate financial reports as per management’s requirements.

**Key Success Metrics for this Role**:

- Timely generation of accurate invoices.
- Effective reconciliation of customer ledgers and payments.

**Must Have Skills**:

- Basic understanding of QuickBooks / Zoho or similar accounting software.
- Familiarity with ledger and statutory reconciliations.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data handling and reporting.
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce or related fields.
- Interest in gaining hands-on experience in the Accounts Receivable process.
- Action-oriented with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
