Incumbent should be a Degree or Diploma holder in Packaging Technology along with a
Degree or Diploma in management is Preferred.
- Experience in Packaging Development at a higher position.
- Should have handled packaging development of all kinds of packaging components with
knowledge of Material Processing and Material Quality.
- Should be well versed and have handled Packaging Testing instruments for various packing
materials like Rigid Plastics, Laminate, Aluminum, Paper and Paperboard, etc.
- Exposure to any Software Portal for Artwork Development will be preferred.
- Should have leaded a team of Packaging Development.
- Should be able to deliver packaging development projects in time with confidence on, their
performance in Market Place with respect to stability and compatibility of product,
withstanding climatic hazards.
- Collaborate and brainstorm with product innovation and design team members to help
make their ideas (whether products or campaigns) stronger and more disruptive from
packaging.
- Conduct competitor product and communications audits
- making recommendations for improving their product messaging, campaigns, and claims
mainly to Sustainability and packaging metrics.
- Establish compliance to budgetary, time, and resource risk.
- Manage the master project plan for various programs to ensure disruptions are
communicated and actioned timely across the various project touchpoints.

Skills Required - 5+ years of relevant packaging management /leader experience in FMCG
with a strong track record in developing and implementing programs and processes to
facilitate timely project execution to plan
Location - Ahmedabad

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
