**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality **graphic designs** for branding, marketing materials, packaging, and digital content.
- Develop original **illustrations, icons, and character designs** as per project requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create engaging **visual campaigns**.
- Design content for **social media**, websites, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Adapt and refine existing designs based on feedback.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ensure all designs align with **brand guidelines** and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest **design trends, tools, and techniques**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication**, or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years of professional experience** as a graphic designer or illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and illustration work.
- Proficiency in **Coreldraw**, **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Good understanding of **color theory, typography, and composition**.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **motion graphics** or **animation** is a plus.
- Knowledge of **UI/UX design tools** (Figma, XD) preferred.
- Basic photography or video editing skills are advantageous.

**Compensation**:
Commensurate with experience and skills.

**Employment Type**:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
