Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Illustrator with at least 2 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing graphics and illustrations for print, digital, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality graphic designs for branding, marketing materials, packaging, and digital content.
- Develop original illustrations, icons, and character designs as per project requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create engaging visual campaigns.
- Design content for social media, websites, product catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Adapt and refine existing designs based on feedback.
- Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a graphic designer or illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and illustration work.
- Proficiency in Coreldraw, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, and composition.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma, XD) preferred.
- Basic photography or video editing skills are advantageous.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience and skills.
