Join us as a **Junior Media Planner (M/F/d)** and enjoy a unique opportunity to work closely with our Amsterdam-based team As part of our hybrid working model, you will work from our Gurgaon Office alongside our team in India, while maintaining strong collaboration with our Amsterdam Team.

**You will be working in**:
English (fluency required)

**How you will make an impact**:

- Optimizing TV campaign performance by using a planning system and our customized Excel templates.
- Collaborating closely with our team based in Amsterdam, ensuring smooth coordination and effective information sharing regarding active offline campaigns and potential optimizations.
- Regularly communicate with our team, providing campaign updates, sharing results, and conducting evaluations using our user-friendly reporting templates (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Prepare and analyze competitor data, both for internal use and to gain insights that will keep us ahead in the market.

**Skills you will need to be successful**:

- Master's degree in marketing or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as an offline media planner.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency with numbers.
- Strong expertise in Excel and a variety of planning tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- In-depth understanding of digital commerce companies.
- Previous marketing experience with TV, radio, out-of-home (OOH), and print campaigns (nice to have).
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, appetite for learning, and proactive nature.
- High efficiency and results-oriented working style.
