**Role: Telesales Executive**:
We are seeking a **Telesales Executive** who thrives on engaging with customers, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service across voice and digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **customer queries, complaints, and concerns** with efficiency and professionalism
- Keep detailed records of **customer data, subscriptions, service feedback, and follow-ups**:

- Use CRM tools to **track leads, manage interactions, and improve customer journeys**:

- Conduct **renewal calls, payment follow-ups**, and collect feedback through satisfaction surveys

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in telesales, customer support, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with **CRM systems, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office**:

- Experience in **FMCG or subscription-based businesses** is a strong advantage
