**Position Overview**:
Divine Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and reliable **Logistics Supervisor** to oversee and manage lifting, shifting, and storage operations. The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the logistics team, ensuring efficient operation of the hydra crane, managing the rigger and helper teams, and coordinating all lifting and unloading tasks according to packing lists. This role will involve ensuring the safe and effective transport, handling, and storage of materials, while maintaining operational standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and supervise the use of hydra cranes for lifting and shifting of materials.
- Manage and lead the team of riggers, helpers, and other logistics staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise the execution of lifting, shifting, and unloading tasks according to packing lists and material specifications.
- Ensure timely loading and dispatch of materials, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Supervise unloading and storage of items at designated areas, ensuring proper storage conditions.
- Update and maintain accurate records of materials being loaded, dispatched, unloaded, and stored.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock levels and efficient movement of goods.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all logistics operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment (hydra, rigging tools, etc.) and ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Manage the daily workflow of the logistics team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions to maintain workflow.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all logistics activities, including delivery schedules, stock movements, and dispatch records.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in logistics, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of material handling and logistics operations.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to lifting, rigging, and material handling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
