**Responsibilities**:
1. Planning of work as per monthly production Schedule.

2. Assigning work to Engineer’s for PCB level tests & unit level testing.

3. Difficulties in understanding specifications are to be resolved with Project Engineer.

4. For any waivers/concessions required, approval must be obtained from customer.

5. Coordination with all departments for activities related with testing.

6. Ensure that overtime assigned is justified.

7. Daily standing meeting for progress of the work & to solve problems of Engineer’s during testing.

8. Arranging Engineer’s training to improve technical capabilities.

9. Ensure that equipment’s being used are calibrated.

10. Ensure that ESD norms are followed properly.

11. Ensure that proper care is taken while handling & transporting of jobs.

12. Production completion report should be prepared & submitted to GM for record monthly along with reasons for shortfalls.

13. Preparation of record of PCB, Wiring & Fabrication related problems & send it to Production Manager.

14. Assessment of productivity, efficiency of Engineers quarterly.

15. Ensure that changes made during testing are recorded and forwarded to documentation department for updating in the manual with a copy to Production Manager.

16. For repairing units, data required to prepare Quotations/invoices to be forwarded to Accounts/Commercial manager.

17. Give information to purchase department for procurement of packing boxes at the beginning of the month.

18. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 per year
