**Position**: Testing & Validation Executive

**Qualification**: BE / Diploma (Electrical, E&TC)

**Location**: Kuruli, Chakan Pune

**Salary**:3 LPA to 3.60 LPA

**Gender**: Male/Female
- **Role Description and Key Responsibilities**:

- **Comprehensive Testing and Validation**: Conduct extensive testing of EV battery packs, modules, and related components, including functional, durability, performance, safety, and environmental tests to ensure compliance with Clean Electric’s specifications.
- **Standards Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry testing standards and protocols such as IEC, BIS, AIS, and other relevant EV battery standards.
- **Battery System Testing**: Perform charge-discharge cycles, thermal cycling, and pack cycling tests, with a focus on the safety, efficiency, and longevity of lithium-ion batteries.
- **CAN Analysis**: Utilize tools such as **CANalyzer** or **CANoe** to perform CAN bus analysis, monitor real-time data, and troubleshoot battery communication systems and Battery Management System (BMS) functions.
- **Charging and BMS Validation**: Validate battery charging protocols, BMS functionality, and communication interfaces for proper operation.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work with engineering teams for vehicle integration, ensuring that battery systems are installed and perform optimally in the vehicle.
- **Test Data Analysis and Reporting**: Collect and analyze test data, preparing detailed reports and providing actionable insights to improve product design and performance.
- **Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution**: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during testing, in coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay updated on the latest testing methodologies, standards, and regulations in the EV battery industry to ensure the product remains compliant and competitive.
