**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Specialist

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and optimization to improve website ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs).
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and traffic.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- **Social Media Optimization (SMO)**:

- Develop and implement SMO strategies to optimize social media profiles for visibility and engagement.
- Create compelling social media content, including posts, images, and videos, tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and engagement metrics to refine content strategies.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
- Schedule and publish posts, stories, and updates using social media management tools.
- **Instagram Advertising**:

- Plan, create, and manage Instagram advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
- Set up ad targeting, budgeting, and scheduling to optimize ad performance and ROI.
- Monitor ad metrics and analyze campaign results to optimize future campaigns.
- **Content Creation and Design**:

- Use tools like Canva to create graphics, infographics, and other visual assets for marketing materials.
- Ensure content alignment with brand voice, messaging, and visual identity guidelines.
- Utilize Google Docs for collaborative document editing and sharing within the marketing team.
- Organize and manage marketing assets, documents, and files using Google Drive for seamless access and sharing.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with proficiency in SEO, SMO, social media management, and paid advertising.
- Knowledge of Instagram advertising and familiarity with ad targeting, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences across digital channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize marketing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
