**Location**: Remote (Work From Home)
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Schedule**: 6 days a week (Monday-Sunday, with 1 rotational weekly off)
**Shift Timings**: Any 9-hour shift between 8 AM - 9 PM IST

**Responsibilities**
- Make **follow-up calls** for abandoned carts.
- Conduct **retention and feedback calls** to maintain customer relationships.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries across all assigned channels.
- Maintain clear and organized records of all conversations in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with teammates to enhance overall support quality and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in a customer support or service role.
- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Ability to work comfortably across multiple digital support channels.
- Open to working on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Must have access to a **laptop/desktop and a reliable internet connection**.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and customer-first approach.
