Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Reports to: Project Manager/Construction Manager

Location: Construction site (varies)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate interior construction activities, including installation of finishes, fixtures, and equipment
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Manage and mentor site staff, including carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors
- Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and ensure project goals are met
- Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and safety incidents
- Identify and resolve site-related problems and conflicts
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards
- Collaborate with other supervisors and teams to achieve project objectives

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in interior construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Working Conditions:

- Exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
