About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide academic advising and counseling to students, helping them develop educational plans aligned with their strengths and career aspirations.
- Assist students in course selection, registration, and understanding academic requirements.
- Monitor and analyze student performance, providing intervention and support when necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to address academic or behavioral concerns.
- Facilitate programs related to crisis intervention, study skills, and personal development.
- Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.
- Stay updated on educational trends, resources, and admission requirements to provide accurate guidance.
- Support students in overcoming personal, social, or academic challenges affecting their performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience in academic counseling or a similar advisory role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Knowledge of educational systems, curriculum, and career counseling principles.
- Empathetic and patient approach to student needs.
