**Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager**

**Position Summary**:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Nurturers Centre for Diverse Learners, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our institution and its mission. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, increase enrolment, and enhance our online presence. We are seeking a creative and data-driven professional with a passion for education and inclusivity.

**Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:
- **1. Develop Digital Marketing Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the management to create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the institution's goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored digital marketing campaigns.

**2. Content Creation and Management**:

- Manage and update content on the institution's website to ensure accuracy and relevance.

**3. Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow the institution's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty.

**4. Video Creation and Management**:

- Create educational and promotional videos to showcase the institution's offerings, events, and success stories.
- Oversee video production, editing, and optimization for various digital platforms.

**6. SEO and SEM**:

- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve the institution's search engine rankings.
- Create and manage paid search advertising campaigns for optimal visibility and conversions.

**7. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**8. Budget Management**:

- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Allocate resources appropriately to different digital marketing channels and campaigns.

**9. Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the therapists to understand the work that we do with children.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a digital marketing manager in the education sector or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing trends.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of inclusive education and a passion for promoting diversity in learning environments is a plus.

**Salary**: 20000/month - 30000/month depending on the level of expertise and experience.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (required)
