**Job Summary**:
Responsible for daily workshop operations, technician workflow, quality checks, and ensuring timely delivery of serviced vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and workload.
- Monitor job progress and control turnaround time.
- Ensure workshop discipline and 5S implementation.
- Perform quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with parts department for spares availability.
- Maintain daily productivity and efficiency reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Graduate in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
