Job Title: Architect

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives.
- Develop architectural designs, plans, and specifications that meet the requirements of clients and regulatory authorities.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models of proposed structures.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess the feasibility of proposed projects and gather information needed for design development.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including renderings, sketches, and physical models, to clients for approval.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that design specifications are accurately implemented during construction.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the building process.
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and other architectural elements to ensure they meet quality standards and design intent.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and innovative design technologies to enhance the firm's capabilities and offerings.
- Mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge in the field.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed architect with a minimum of [insert number] years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Strong design sensibility and creativity, with a portfolio showcasing a range of architectural projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
- Experience managing projects from concept through construction administration, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
- LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design practices is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
