**PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR**

**Job Summary**

**About The Role**
- Looking for personnel who shall act & play role as a liaising within our internal departments (Design, Projects, Contractor, MEP, Modular Factory, Purchases). He/she should maintain and co-ordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects remain within scope & schedule_.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status & requirements with all keyperson_.
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results._

**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Ensure project deadlines are met by monitoring daily project activities and progress
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement.
- Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones.
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output.
- Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan.
- Act as the central communication point between internal teams and external keypersons.
- Deepen partnerships with outside resources, including third-party vendors and researchers.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Three or more years of experience in project coordination.
- Experience in coordinating teams and clients.
- Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Preferred skills and qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field.
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
