**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging soft skills training programs, including communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and Employblity Skills.
- Assess the training needs of individual learners and organizations to customize content accordingly.
- Conduct interactive workshops, role-playing sessions, and real-life simulations to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Use various instructional techniques, such as presentations, case studies, group discussions, and e-learning tools, to make training engaging and impactful.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to help them develop their interpersonal and professional skills.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and post-training analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and integrate them into the training curriculum.
- Collaborate with HR, managers, and other stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals.
- Prepare training materials, handouts, presentations, and reports as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or Learning & Development Specialist.
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Fresher can be accepted in case of excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Ability to adapt training content based on audience needs and industry requirements.
- Knowledge or willingness of gaining knowledge of young and adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS tools, and digital training methods is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in Training & Development (such as NLP, Dale Carnegie, or ATD) is an advantage.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience working in corporate training, educational institutions, or consulting firms.
- Exposure to various industries, including IT, healthcare, retail, finance, and manufacturing.
