**Job Summary**

We are looking for a passionate young male **Marketing Officer (Education**) to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Regular touch with college principals, HODs and Placement officers
- Coordinating various events like Faculty Knowledge Sharing Programs and Student Development Programs
- Identifying Management Aspirants from Colleges and Coaching centres for Promoting IBS
- Conducting various BTL activities to reach Management Aspirants
- Support the Branch Manager in overseeing the department’s operations

**Qualification**
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in student counselling, development, education, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of institutional policies, procedures, and resources
- A desire to help students in their academic journey, from enrolment to graduation
- Ability to maintain accurate and updated records concerning student performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
