3)Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.

4)Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements.

**Requirements**:
1)Proven experience in sponsorship or business development.

2)Strong communication and negotiation skills.

3)Passion for the entertainment industry and supporting emerging talents.

4)Results-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
