**Job Title: VIP India - Telecalling Outbound sales**

We are hiring dynamic and results-driven **VIP Product Counsellors** for our Inside Sales team in Mumbai. If you have a flair for communication and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound sales inquiries
- Counsel customers on VIP products and services
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads

**Qualification**:

- HSC & Graduate

**Languages Required**:

- **Mandatory**: English Fluency

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year in any of the following roles:

- BPO Sales
- Upselling
- Lead Generation
- Pre-Sales
- Collections (B2C)

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 17/07/2025
