**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Conduct thorough analysis of billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Utilise accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or PeopleSoft for data entry and financial reporting.
- Provide support for telemarketing efforts by handling inquiries related to billing and account status.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette while communicating with clients regarding their accounts.
- Prepare financial reports as required, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in Tally, billing or accounts payable role within the financial services sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or PeopleSoft is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service is an advantage.
- Proficient in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
