Promotion Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Identify target markets and customer segments to effectively tailor promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products/services.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer queries and concerns promptly.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in promotion and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

- Mininum Qualification: 12 Pass
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to travel, as required.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
