**Responsibilities**:
- Create high-quality animated illustrations using Lottie.
- Lead design and illustration projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with the development team for project integration.
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and developers to meet project requirements.
- Maintain a high level of quality control and attention to detail across all projects.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to streamline animation production.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in animation and Lottie implementation.
- Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the mobile design field.
- Participate in shaping and growing UI/UX best practices at Mostli.
**Job Requirements**:
- Hands-on experience and proficiency in Wireframing, design, and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch (required), Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision Studio, Lottie animations and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong illustration, iconography, and mobile & website design ability with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- 1+ years of experience in Lottie animations and implementation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design and Lottie animation work.
- Advanced knowledge of animation software such as After Effects, Lottie, and Bodymovin.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Type**: Commission
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
